Tool Pusher/Supervisor – Midland, TX(Full-Time)

Transcontinental Energy Services is seeking an experienced Tool Pusher/Supervisor to lead and oversee field operations in Houston, TX. This role is integral to ensuring efficient drilling and completion activities while maintaining strict adherence to safety, operational, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Leadership & Supervision: Direct and coordinate rig operations, providing leadership to Rig Operators and crews to ensure seamless execution of drilling and completion services.

•

Operational Oversight: Manage and enforce job orders received from operations management, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and TCES standards.

•

Client & Crew Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between Field Service Coordinators, the Director of Operations, and customers, ensuring transparent and professional communication regarding project timelines and performance.

•

Quality Control & Compliance: Monitor rig operations, equipment functionality, and crew adherence to operational safety guidelines, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

•

Payroll & Documentation: Oversee and verify crew clock-in/out records, work time approvals, and job tickets, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company procedures.

•

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate Rig Operators and crew members to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

•

Proven Supervisory Experience in Oil & Gas: Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in drilling, completions, or production operations within the oil and gas industry.

•

Drilling & Well Completion Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in supervising drilling, completion, and production operations.

•

Strong Leadership & Communication: Ability to direct diverse teams, make critical decisions, and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

•

Knowledge of Safety & Compliance Standards: Familiarity with OSHA, API, and other industry regulations governing drilling and completion activities.

•

Ability to Thrive in High-Pressure Environments: Experience handling complex field operations, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring efficiency in fast-paced conditions.
