Sanders Brothers Construction Company is currently looking to hire full time support in our Utilities Department. Role and Responsibilities. The Operator I will be responsible for supporting Utilities crews during the installation of underground water, sewer and drainage pipeline. Will require the operation of a loader during earth moving and backfilling operations.
