Vacuum Truck Operations Manager - Oil & Gas Field

Premier Tank Truck Service, PTT, www.premiertanktrucks.com, is seeking a team minded individual to supervise drivers and push trucks for an Oil Field Service company located in the Eagle Ford Shale surrounding Karnes City, TX. PTT runs a growing 24/7 oil field service company specializing in hauling and service work for drilling, completion and production operations and methane emissions reduction. Work with Office Manager in all aspects of running the yard to include:

· Lead personnel in multiple aspects, including but not limited to:

· Driving big trucks, end dump and winch truck as needed.

· Managing driver hours

· Must have driver contacts

Pay is negotiable based on experience

· Hiring New Drivers

· Training New and Existing Drivers

· Manage Dispatch to schedule drivers

· Reviewing and approving weekly employee time sheets

· Building new / retaining current customer relations

· Maintain List of Well sites provided by corporate office

· Assist Shop and Fleet Management

· Coordinate weekly Safety meetings

· Review Service Tickets

· Have customer contacts preferred

· Learn dispatch duties/cover dispatch where needed

Requirements:

· 3-5 years’ experience supervising. Managing 10 trucks or more is a plus

· Class A CDL with tanker endorsement

· Reasonably Suspicion/ Safety training preferred

· Experience with vacuum truck equipment

· Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.

· Understanding of oil field service industry regarding drilling, completion and production

· Strong Communications skills

· Computer skills required
