Warehouse Worker

Seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse/Production worker to join our operation. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience and production experience. A successful candidate will have an exceptional ability to resolve conflicts, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and have a passion for hard work. The candidate will work with the Warehouse Team Lead to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately. In addition, the candidate is responsible for maintaining machinery and a clean workspace, assembling products for resale, and upholding safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Accuracy of order fulfillment.

· Ability to manage work time to meet shipping goals.

· Assist other team members as necessary to meet accuracy and time goals.

· Working with other team members to ensure top production quality.

· Proper supply and materials use.

· Running and maintaining production machines.

· Communicate inventory stock levels to management.

· Attention to details to ensure shipments reach the correct destinations.

· Possesses computer and data entry skills.

· Ensure that quality control is followed.

· Communicate production problems or delays to warehouse lead or other employees.

· Grasp assemblies from a cart/bin then sort, inspect, and grade according to quality standards.

· Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards for the position

· Move loaded or empty carts within the production area

· Follow instructions as directed by supervisor

· Keep work area neat and clean

· Work in other production positions as needed

· Operate a forklift

Performance Requirements:

Regular and reliable attendance, attending work-related meeting, maintain consistent effort throughout day, meeting deadlines and staying organized.
