Welder 2nd Shift

Central Tube and Bar is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This position is responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components to precise specifications using MIG, Robot, process. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as a part of the team.

Responsibilities:

· Perform MIG welding on a variety of materials, primarily steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel tubing.

· Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in fabrication.

· Measure and inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools.

· Operate hand tools, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment as needed.

· Set up and maintain welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

· Follow all company safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.

· Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and quality standards.

· Complete work documentation and time records accurately.

· Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Minimum 1-2 years welding experience or completion of a certified welding program.

· Proficient in MIG welding.

· Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

· Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
