What You'll Do:

The Work Methods is responsible for consulting with employees at various levels to proactively identify performance support needs and recommend and develop solutions that optimize productivity in support of department strategies and goals. This includes performing needs analysis and developing effective employee educational programs and materials utilizing various channels and delivery methods. Also you will be responsible for anticipating the needs and developing processes that enhance.

What You'll Bring:

Develops and delivers online and classroom training. Trains others to deliver training. *

Minimum Experience Required* Work Methods Level Require: 2-3 years Operations or relevant experience. In lieu of Operations experience, a degree is required and a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in teaching/training.
