Job Responsibilities:
•Perform sanding, grinding, buffing, and polishing to achieve desired finishes on various metal products.
•Examine metal surfaces to identify imperfections and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
•Safely operate and maintain finishing tools, such as grinders, polishers, and sanders.
•Address surface defects, such as scratches, dents, or weld marks, using appropriate techniques.
•Work closely with fabricators, welders, and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow and product consistency.
•Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Previous experience in metal finishing, fabrication, or a related field preferred.
•Familiarity with metal finishing tools, equipment, and techniques.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
