The Heavy Equipment Operator will load and unload materials and deliver to, from and within mine site as required. The trucks are 100 ton and end-dump trucks. Larger equipment is also possible.

This position is located a the San Miguel Mine (Christine Texas).

The San Miguel Mine is a large-scale lignite mining operation that provides coal to the San Miguel Electric Cooperative power plant. Utilizing two large draglines and a variety of heavy equipment, the mine is capable of providing approximately 1.8 million tons of lignite each year, which helps power more than 78,000 homes in 42 counties.
