Kern Asphalt is looking for an experienced CAD Technician to support our busy construction office. We are looking for driven individuals skilled in AutoCAD and other drafting applications, who are interested in learning and using the latest technology to provide innovative solutions to our clients. We are willing to train specifics if general knowledge is there.
•
High school diploma or equivalent required. Training and/or experience in CAD Drafting or a related field is a plus.
•
Proven ability in CAD software and drafting
•
Knowledge of Trimble Business Center is a plus
•
Knowledge of land surveying-related tasks such as construction layout, survey equipment, etc. are a plus.
•
Team-oriented and self-motivated
•
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
•
Willingness to work hard
•
Attention to detail
•
Valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
