Overview
Seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities for crawlspace and foundation repair services. This role involves generating leads, conducting thorough inspections, providing clear and compelling solutions to homeowners, and building strong customer relationships within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers protect their homes. Previous sales experience in the home services or construction industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
•Actively prospect and generate new leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to build a robust sales pipeline.
•Conduct thorough on-site inspections of crawlspaces and foundations to accurately diagnose issues and assess the scope of necessary repairs.
•Develop and present clear, persuasive, and customized repair proposals to homeowners, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the company's services.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
•Effectively negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve or exceed established sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
•Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and proposal details in the company's CRM system.
•Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position the company's services.
•Collaborate effectively with the operations and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
•Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the home services, construction, or related industry.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with homeowners.
•Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including lead generation, needs assessment, and closing strategies.
•Ability to conduct thorough inspections, identify problems, and explain technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned sales territory.
•Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools for managing leads, tracking activities, and generating reports.
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or industry-specific certifications are a plus.
