As an Account Manager
, you will drive sales growth in alignment with the business's capabilities and ensure profitability by Bradken's strategic objectives. As an
Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounts within the mining product group, specifically focusing on Bradken's fixed plant wear solutions.
You'll manage existing business and prospect new opportunities primarily in the Phoenix, Mesa, and Tucson areas of Arizona, along with surrounding regions.This role focuses on the maintenance and optimization of stationary equipment within hard rock mining operations.
You will leverage your excellent stakeholder engagement skills to regularly visit customers, develop new opportunities, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You'll be actively involved in understanding customer needs related to fixed plant uptime and efficiency, potentially assisting with new component installations or commissioning.
You will develop comprehensive customer engagement plans for each client, continuously identifying opportunities for organic growth and expansion into adjacent product lines.
Collaborating closely with Sales Coordinators, you will manage foundry order priorities, advise senior management on anticipated changes in customer needs, competitor activities, or market direction, and help define future market requirements.
Overall, you will work with other business units to develop sales opportunities and play an active role in developing market opportunities through prospecting new customers, products, and technical development.
