Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Review and record all payments received from customers

-Act as liaison between Sales, Customer and Finance Companies

-Review and make the necessary adjustments for invoices daily with our Commercial and all Install Departments

-Collections on Commercial and Install Department outstanding invoices

-Review and manage incoming customer and vendor inquiries for the accounting extension

-Special projects as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

-Attention to detail

-Organization

-PC Proficiency

-Data Entry

-10 key

-General math

Requirements:

-Accounting experience is preferred

-MS Excel Knowledge

-Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

-High School diploma or equivalent
