Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic Downstream Oil & Gas team. As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential acquisition opportunities within the industry. Your primary goal will be to support the growth and expansion of our company by successfully negotiating and closing profitable deals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition targets
- Analyze financial data and perform valuation assessments to determine the feasibility of potential acquisitions
- Develop and implement strategic plans to pursue targeted acquisition opportunities
- Lead negotiations with potential acquisition targets to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired businesses into the company
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management regarding potential acquisitions
- Stay updated with industry best practices and maintain a strong network in the Downstream Oil & Gas sector
- Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements during the acquisition process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in acquisitions within the Downstream Oil & Gas industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing acquisition deals
- Strong financial analysis skills and ability to perform complex valuation assessments
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools
