Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

•

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.

•

Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in documents and communications.

•

Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important information.

•

Assist with office management tasks including inventory control and supply ordering.

•

Serve as a front desk representative, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

•

Utilize computer software for data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.

•

Support personal assistant duties as needed for executives or team leaders.

Skills

•

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.

•

Experience in calendar management to efficiently coordinate schedules.

•

Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

•

Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

•

Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.

•

Organizational skills that facilitate effective file management and office operations.

•

Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is preferred but not required.
