Application Specialist - Aerospace, North Berwick Area

Sandvik Coromant in the Southern ME region is looking for an Application Specialist - Aerospace Location: Ideal location of the applicant would be in & around the North Berwick area.

Overnight Estimated Travel is expected to be around 10% depending on Business needs & situation.

In this dynamic role, you will work as a technical expert supporting the customer, providing solutions, and developing opportunities to meet our company’s sales growth goals.

Application Engineer will work on assignments to deliver to our customers competitive engineered solutions as part of projects through industry leading manufacturing processes which will lower the customer’s total cost and secure sustainable aftermarket sales growth. He/she will implement tools, techniques, methods, and processes from standardized and/or optimized processing methods into CAM programs. The position will involve working across multifunctional teams to support sales growth.

Your way of working

Business Development - Support

Develop business plans in collaboration with Account Managers as appropriate, to ensure market share increases/key product focus within the sales department are achieved in line with financial targets and KPI’s. Work with the Account Manager to proactively deliver Customer needs analysis.
