The Apprenticeship Program Business Partner (BP) serves as a key human resource partner responsible for overseeing the onboarding, engagement, and performance management of apprentices. This Business Partner ensures that apprentices are integrated into the organizational culture and equipped with the necessary training and resources to succeed. The role involves developing strategies to maintain engagement, assisting with performance reviews, and addressing performance issues. This role will collaborate with department leaders to identify training programs and act as a point of contact for resolving concerns. Additionally, this role will evaluate apprenticeship program success through data analysis, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure the program aligns with organizational goals. By working closely with leadership, the BP will contribute to strategic discussions to address program needs and provide insights for program improvement. This position will report to the Performance and Policy Manager.

Requires three years of experience as an administrative staff assistant, administrative staff analyst, budget analyst or a related field and a bachelor's degree in business or public administration or a related field (or a combination of education and/or training and/or experience that provides an equivalent background required to perform the work of the class).
Certification/License:
Current valid state issued driver’s license from any US state to be verified prior to start date. Out of state license holders will be required to obtain a WA state license within 30 days of hire.

The full salary range for this position is $54.28 to $63.26 per hour.
