Job Description

We are a growing residential design-build firm specializing in high-quality home renovations and custom cabinetry. We are seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Architectural & Cabinetry Designer to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary with benefits, is fully in-office at our Worcester studio and is best suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

· Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Chief Architect

· Design custom cabinetry layouts

· Produce detailed construction documents and drawings for permitting

· Coordinate with vendors and order cabinetry products

· Collaborate closely with project managers and field team during execution

· Maintain organized project files and meet project milestones

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year (based on experience)

Qualifications

· Degree in Architecture or related field preferred

· Proficiency with Chief Architect is required

· Experience in cabinetry design is a strong plus

· 3+ years of residential design experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong project organization and attention to detail

· Familiarity with MA building codes and construction means and methods
