Summary

We are a high-end kitchen cabinetry company seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with a strong background in architecture and a passion for detail-driven design. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Miami-Dade, ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

•

Analyze project scope based on architectural or interior design drawings.

•

Interpret architectural sketches, redlines, and design concepts into working drawings.

•

Create preliminary design following leads.

•

Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations.

•

Estimate material and production costs for designs.

•

Create technical drawings for production and manufacturing.

Requirements

•

Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years of experience

•

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D modeling software is a strong plus

•

Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is a plus

•

Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across several projects

•

Strong technical skills and ability to deliver accurate and timely drawings

•

Experience attending project meetings, meeting with clients, taking thorough notes, and translating them into precise drawings and estimates

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

•

Sales experience is a plus

•

Must have a valid driver's license and be available for site visits throughout the Miami-Dade area

•

Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles.

•

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

•

Experience managing several projects at a time.
