What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the store running smoothly, from warehouse operations to customer service. This is a hands-on role supporting all aspects of the store.

· Lead & Develop the Team – Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse and sales staff.

· Store Operations – Everything from processing metal orders to health and safety, keeping inventory accurate, ensuring a smooth workflow, and organizing warehouse space.

· Ensure Customer Satisfaction – Build relationships and ensure customers from trade professionals to do-it-your-selfers get top-notch service every time.

· Support Sales & Store Growth – Assist with purchasing, quoting, product sourcing, and inside sales.

· Maintain a Safe, Efficient Workplace – Oversee equipment maintenance, enforce and maintain all safety procedures, and compliance.

· Problem-Solve & Adapt – Every day is different, and you’ll need to be quick on your feet to handle challenges.
