Position: Assistant Site Manager (Working Janitorial Supervisor)

Location: DFW Airport – Rental Car Center

Compensation: $64,000 per year (Full-Time, Salaried Position)

Unica Enterprises is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to support custodial operations at the DFW Airport Rental Car Center. This is a working supervisor position for a strong leader who can manage people, maintain quality standards, and work alongside the team. This role will also serve as the backup to the Site Manager when they are off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform janitorial duties as part of daily operations

* Supervise and support the custodial team across all shifts

* Conduct quality control inspections and address deficiencies

* Follow up with the customer on service needs and issues

* Assist with scheduling, training, and daily oversight of staff

* Act as the Site Manager when the Site Manager is off-site or unavailable

* Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)

* Must pass E-Verify and background check

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on custodial experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Detail-oriented with a commitment to service excellence

* Clear and professional communication skills

* Dependable, proactive, and flexible with scheduling needs

Schedule & Compensation:

* Full-time salaried role at $64,000 annually

* Additional hours beyond 40 per week may be required on an as-needed basis to maintain operations

This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-traffic facility. We’re seeking someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and can confidently manage staff and service quality with or without the Site Manager present.
