Great Plains Gas Compression (GPGC) is a leader in the natural gas compression industry, specializing in electric-driven compression systems. We are seeking a skilled Autodesk Design Drafter to join our innovative team in El Reno, Oklahoma. As a key member of our engineering department, you will contribute to the design and documentation of our gas compression equipment and systems.
We're looking for an experienced Autodesk Design Drafter with strong skills in Inventor and Vault Pro. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing and fabrication experience, with a focus on industrial equipment design.
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor
- Manage design documentation and revisions using Vault Pro
- Create bills of materials (BOMs) and parts lists
- Support manufacturing processes with accurate technical documentation
- Update existing drawings and models as needed
- Associate's degree in Drafting, CAD Technology, or related field
- Proven experience with Vault Pro for document management
- Knowledge of sheet metal design and fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
- Knowledge of pressure vessel design and documentation
- Experience with custom part libraries and content creation
