BHA/ Rod Pump Technician

Position Summary: The BHA Technician/ Shop Hand will be responsible for assisting the Rod Pump Operations manager. This person will be responsible for disassembly, repair, anchors, and packers and, assembly of BHAs. The BHA Technician will be responsible for keeping the pump shop clean and orderly. They will assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. There will be future growth possibilities within the product line as this person develops. A preferred background for the role are those with welding, roustabout, construction, workover rig hand experience and those with knowledge of anchors and packers.

Responsibilities:

· Follow company processes and ensure competencies are implemented

· Follow strict handling practices and procedures

· Loading and unloading materials

· Receive orders as they are placed by the customer

· Maintain shop cleanliness

· Operate company vehicle with trailer to make deliveries

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·Basic computer skills

· Must have the abilities to heavy lift and bend

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
