Looking for bilingual (Spanish - English) Executive Assistant / Customer service representative.
This is for a construction/remodeling company in Lehigh valley Allentown/Bethlehem Area. It would be office work scheduling, CRM control, Managing Inbound calls and leads, QB work, Invoicing, AR and AP, etc.
Flexible but full time desirable. Weekly-Biweekly pay W9 at start
at $18/hr- $20/hr to begin.
Looking for Sharp, Self-Motivated, hungry entrepreneurship mentality individuals.
Will need to previously worked as a coordinator/assistant, representative for a similar company, some type of experience in related area is required.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour to begin.
Schedule:
10 hour Shift Preferred
8 hour Shift Negotiable
Morning Shift 8am-6pm Monday - Saturday
