About This Job

•

Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone

•

Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues

•

Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling

•

Notifying providers of patient arrivals and preparing patient chart

•

Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions

•

Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records

•

Verifying insurance, financial records, and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims

•

Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders

•

Working directly with Dr. and patient, translating Dr. diagnosis, treatment, and advice and the patient's questions and concerns

•

Working hands on with patients occasionally delivering massage or performing exercise rehab

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
