Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of roofing processes, including metal, shingle, and flat. This role requires effective communication with team members and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

•

Manage all phases of roofing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

•

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate project progress.

•

Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project plans.

•

Oversee the use of hand tools and power tools on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

•

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

•

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

•

Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates, changes, and expectations.

•

Document project milestones, challenges, and resolutions for future reference.

Experience

•

Proven experience in project management within the roofing industry is essential.

•

Familiarity with roofing techniques, roof installation for metal, flat, and shingle.

•

Strong understanding of roofing site operations and safety practices.

•

Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and blueprints.

•

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

•

Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
