Location: This position is onsite at the Grand Rapids Service Center located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).
The Building Utility Worker A is responsible for maintaining, operating, and repairing buildings, equipment, and facilities. This role includes troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, electrical circuits, plumbing, and carpentry work while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The position may also require travel to various work locations as needed.
