Branch Manager

Job purpose

Cross49 Supplies & Rentals Corp. (C49SR) is a rapidly growing pipeline/industrial supply and rental company with a location in Port Arthur, Texas, USA. We possess an experienced, high-caliber team, dedicated to supplying a vast array of innovative equipment and solutions to the oil and gas, pipeline, mining, rail, power, and civil construction markets.

We are currently seeking an energetic, innovative Branch Manager who is responsible for increasing the branch’s client base and revenues. He/she will ensure that all business functions are in line with the company strategic goals. The main duty is to track business results, perform cost benefit analyses and monitor the KPIs.

Duties and responsibilities

· Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, yard/warehouse, administration, and sales.

· Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.

· Supervise the sales team daily performance or target.

· Follow up with new or used sale achievement and take part in casual transaction.

· Implement marketing campaign and product launch strategies.

· Ensure that all business process standards are observed and comply with regulations/applicable laws.

· Oversees the activities of the sale team as well as the yard/warehouse team to ensure their activities abide by the company’s policies and procedures.

· Execute priorities by ensuring open line of communication between sale team and back office.

· Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.

· Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met, prepare reports on sales.

· Create and maintain relationships with clients.

· Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.

· Network to improve the presence and reputations of the branch and company.

Qualifications:

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to strategize and plan ahead.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Great marketing skills.

· A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred.

Working conditions

· Comfortable lifting, up to and including 50 lbs.

· Travel is necessary.

· Overtime and weekends may be required.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
