Job Description:
•Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
•Implement and follow preventative maintenance strategies to enhance system longevity and efficiency.
•Conduct facility inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
•Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards (knowledge of these is a plus).
•Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly, including after-hours and weekend calls when necessary.
•Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies required for facility upkeep.
•Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate maintenance projects.
Qualifications:
•Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
•Hands-on experience with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
•Familiarity with preventative maintenance strategies.
•Understanding of local building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards (preferred).
•Physical ability to inspect facilities, climb ladders, and carry tools or equipment as needed.
•Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as emergencies arise
