POSITION SUMMARY: Familiar with different silo product types. Prior to loading product, inspect truck trailers to ensure they are free from contaminants .Ensure proper material and weight is loaded for each shipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

Demonstrate the ability to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of truck and rail traffic.

Regulate coal yard to ensure placement and distribution of appropriate fuel types.

Inventory Control

Training

Safety

Assist Leadman as needed.

Physical Demands include, but are not limited to:

Required Education: High School Diploma, GED Equivalent, or demonstrated skills or ability.

Required Experience: 1-2 years experience in a load out environment.
