As a Loadbuilder you will schedule and support transportation resources to build efficient and cost-effective loads of liquid Irving Oil products. Your goal will be to utilize your strong time management and problem-solving skills to optimize assets, resources and product utilization within established policies and procedures. Your success will be measured on your daily performance in executing committed deliveries while meeting internal and external customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
•Build safe, effective & efficient liquid loads for multiple trucks/products daily, by applying learned knowledge of policies and procedures
•Actively contribute to, and be accountable for, On Time Delivery and Optimal Delivery targets
•Analyze prior days’ loads for opportunities and make future adjustments as necessary
•Utilize technology to effectively gather and respond to requests for information for managers, drivers, and customers and drive efficiencies by actively researching, analyzing, and evaluating historical delivery data and perform necessary account maintenance
•Take ownership and accountability in overseeing assigned geography
•Make difficult and time sensitive decisions to balance business objectives with customer needs
•Effectively forecast seasonal demands for products and resources
•Produce outcomes that demonstrate an understanding of financial impacts and participate in team project work as required throughout the year
•Effectively bring forward and implement recommendations to increase performance for continuous process improvement
Your Skills:
•Results-driven with good detention to detail, time management and strategic planning skills
•Open to coaching and feedback and takes timely action
•Critical thinking, problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as strong computer literacy.
•Excellent communication & relationship building skills with a keen adaptability sense and openness to change
Your Experience:
•Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in a customer service environment required
•3-5 years related experience in analytics and/or scheduling
•Experience in oil & gas industry considered an asset
