Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will report to our corporate office in Redlands and will be instrumental in the accurate and timely reporting of the financial performance of the company.

Primary Job Duties:

1) Responsible for data management and analysis as it pertains to high level reporting, technical work management, client systems/processes, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable

2) Leads in the creation and establishment of documents, databases, and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote, Publisher, Outlook, Etc.). Must demonstrate proficiency in vlookup and pivot table functions, application, and analysis

3) Interacts effectively with internal and external clients to assure timely work completion and a quality product

4) Understands confidentiality and non-disclosure and manages both appropriately and in line with Faith Electric's requirements

5) Assists in training others in data management and analysis

6) Establishes client schedules for deliverables

7) Receives and reviews client documents, payments, and contracts for accuracy and completeness

8) Performs work package breakdown into necessary post-planning packages (e.g. clerical, field, PCI, division inspection)

9) Performs other miscellaneous job duties as needed

Primary Qualifications:

1) Must possess an Associates Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

2) Bachelors Degree or Accounting/Project Management certifications preferred

3) Must have demonstrated expertise in vlookup, pivot table functions, and the ability to extrapolate data

4) Must provide upper level management, internal clients, and external clients with reports utilizing company data sets that provide information and analyze company performance

5) Must have an understanding of accounting, process management, general IT systems, and database structure/management

6) Must be a self starter demonstrating a high attention to detail

7) Must demonstrate a diligent work ethic and the ability to quickly acquire the knowledge to perform assigned work effectively

8) Must demonstrate the willingness to take initiative and accountability for the accuracy and quality of work assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
