- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the petroleum industry, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, find real estate that is developable, and seek out potential acquisition of petroleum companies
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of petroleum assets, real estate, and equipment
- Optimize asset utilization and profitability, analyzing market trends and making data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with tenants of leased assets in order to improve their same station sales
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of the sales, including products, pricing, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive informed decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
