We’re looking for a driven and personable Business Development Associate to represent the Paul Davis brand, build industry relationships, and help grow our presence throughout Lynchburg, Roanoke, and surrounding markets.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients (B2B, cold calling, events)

Plan and execute a schedule of regular client visits

Represent the Paul Davis brand in alignment with company standards

Use CRM tools (e.g., Luxor) to manage contacts, track sales calls, leads, and campaigns

Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Marketing Manager

Attend networking functions to promote our services

Coordinate and participate in community and charitable events

Research local trade shows and manage booth setup and logistics

Attend company training and annual conferences

Perform additional marketing-related duties as needed

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

2+ years of customer engagement, marketing, or sales experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and online tools

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Self-motivated, energetic, and organized

Experience in restoration, construction, home improvement, insurance, or franchising is a plus
