Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for commercial construction sales. Your ability to effectively negotiate and communicate will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
•
Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
•
Identify market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
•
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for business development.
•
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
•
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
•
Maintaining a focus on long-term relationships with clients.
Experience
•
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
•
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs analysis.
•
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
•
Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and best practices for lead generation.
•
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
•
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, demonstrating your ability to manage client relationships effectively.
