Job Description

The Business Services Manager is responsible for coordinating with Business Services Technician, Materials Management Specialist, plant staff, corporate accounting and corporate financial services to facilitate day-to-day, weekly, monthly quarterly and annual administrative and financial accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities:* In depth knowledge of purchasing and accounts payables.

Working Relationships

The Business Services Manager reports to the Plant Manager. The Business Services Manager cooperates with the Sr. Manager Operations and Maintenance, Sr. Plant Engineer and others as needed in the daily operation of the plant.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions* Physical requirements include the possibility of standing on feet for extended periods of time requiring stair and ladder climbing.

Education

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of financial and accounting experience

Skills:* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Attributes:* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $98,000 to $142,250 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
