We are currently seeking experienced door-to-door canvassing professionals to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in canvassing, excellent interpersonal skills, and a self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit. As a vital part of our team, you will help generate business opportunities and build strong relationships within our service areas.
Key Responsibilities
•
Utilize door-to-door canvassing to identify potential clients in need of our exterior services.
•
Effectively schedule complimentary inspections and consultations based on your outreach efforts.
•
Conduct proactive engagement through networking and referrals to create business opportunities.
•
Assess the unique needs of each client to recommend appropriate solutions.
•
Highlight the benefits of exterior upgrades, including financing options and long-term savings.
•
Actively participate in local events to promote His and Hers Construction and strengthen community connections.
•
Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners.
•
Keep accurate records of canvassing activities, leads, and interactions in the CRM.
•
Monitor your performance and strive to meet or exceed individual targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•
Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing in roofing, solar, or related industries is preferred.
•
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
•
Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
•
Reliable transportation in the field.
•
Self-motivated and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
•
Coachable and a team player.
•
Familiarity with CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
•
Willingness to travel locally for canvassing and appointments.
•
Physical capability to walk for extended periods and engage with homeowners face-to-face.
•
Passion for helping customers find solutions to improve their homes.
