Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the construction and restoration industry. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced carpenters, gaining hands-on experience and learning essential skills in various carpentry tasks.
Duties
•
Assist skilled carpenters in the installation of fixtures, including cabinetry and countertops.
•
Assist with trim carpentry work, including the installation of moldings and baseboards.
Requirements
•
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
•
Strong interest in carpentry and the construction industry.
•
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to carpentry and restoration work.
•
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in carpentry is a plus.
•
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
•
Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
•
Reading a tape measurer
