Carpenter/Laborer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry and labor tasks, contributing to the successful completion of construction projects.

Duties

- Utilize power tools for various carpentry tasks

- Perform masonry work as needed

- Perform punch list close outs for clients. To Include drywall patch and repair, paint, trash clean up and other light carpentry duties.

- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics

- Execute trim carpentry for finishing touches

- Assist in plumbing tasks when required

- Contribute to concrete forming for structural elements

- Participate in building and restoration projects

- Apply caulking for sealing purposes

- Handle a variety of hand tools effectively

Skills

- Proficiency in using power tools for carpentry work

- Knowledge of masonry techniques

- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately

- Experience in trim carpentry for detailed finishing work

- Familiarity with plumbing tasks to support construction needs

- Competence in concrete forming procedures

- Understanding of building and restoration industry practices

- Skill in applying caulking for various applications

- Proficient in using a variety of hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.16 - $40.00 per hour
