We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic math abilities, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Process payments quickly and accurately (cash, credit, checks, or electronic transactions)
•
Issue receipts, refunds, or change to clients or staff
•
Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers
•
Answer basic customer or client inquiries related to payments
•
Support the finance or front desk team with administrative tasks when needed
•
Ensure the payment area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
•
Follow company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and confidentiality
Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or equivalent required
•
Previous cashier, office assistant, or front desk experience preferred
•
Strong math and organizational skills
•
Professional appearance and communication skills
•
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
•
Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Excel, Outlook) is a plus
•
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
