Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating vac trucks, ensuring timely delivery of services while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to navigate diverse driving conditions.
Duties
•
Operate and drive vac a truck to pump septic tanks and grease traps.
•
Ensure all appointments are made on time and in accordance with delivery schedules.
•
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
•
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
•
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding schedule status and any potential issues.
•
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
•
Manage liquid waste loading and unloading processes.
•
Operate manual transmission vehicles when required as well as automatics.
•
Pass background and driving record checks
•
Pass security checks for military base entry
