Position Overview:

The Chief of Parties leads and helps to train field crews on the use of Carlson software and survey equipment. Plays a vital role in transforming raw survey data into clear, accurate, and impactful drawings. Collaborates closely with licensed surveyors and engineers, utilizing expertise in field data collection. Collects field survey data, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and construction staking data, and submits this to the office to produce professional CAD drawings and assists in developing and implementing CAD standards and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency between the field and drafting teams.
