CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PIPE SUPERINTENDENT

Bison Ridge Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Pipe Superintendent with 6+ years’ experience with residential and commercial land development projects. We work in Northern Colorado, the Denver Metro area and southern Wyoming. The Pipe Superintendent will oversee 3 to 5 crews installing underground utilities including water, sewer, and storm systems. The Superintendent also needs to have experience with site layout, grading/earthwork, and punch list completion. This field-based position will work closely with the entire project team including clients, engineers, estimators/project managers, subcontractors and inspectors. Physical Requirements

Must be physically fit and able to perform job duties including: frequent use of hands, arms, legs and whole body; long periods of balance, standing or sitting; frequent walking, climbing, bending and/or lifting objects in excess of 50 pounds. Must be able to work in all weather conditions including very hot, cold and wet conditions.

Benefits

Salary range $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
