We are currently seeking an Intermediate and Senior Civil Designer(s) to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of the team, you will have the opportunity to deliver civil design and drafting services and work with other designers in the development and review of various engineering drawings. Your pride in supporting engineers in producing high quality, practical designs from concept through to commissioning will be a vital part of this diverse and interesting position. Your desire to complete projects as accurately and as efficiently as possible will lead to opportunities to manage a small group of designers.

Responsibilities:

+ Mentor junior designers / drafters. + Coordinate tasks and work schedules to achieve the project objectives. + Work with different disciplines to resolve design problems, discuss project criteria, and facilitate smooth project coordination. + Provide recommendations and implement design tools to improve drafting efficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Salary is based on an average of 37.5 hours a week. The competitive salary will be based on skills and experience.

Estimated range is between $64,000-81,000+/annually
