Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction management processes. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project execution.


Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Coordinate project scheduling using tools such as Primavera to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Oversee subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, project tracking, and communication.
Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical tasks when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of project developments, including timelines, materials used, and labor hours.


Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques and tools (e.g., Primavera).
Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
