We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in an office environment. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial properties, ensuring all areas are spotless.
•
Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping and mopping.
•
Engage in custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms.
•
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in cleaning roles such as custodial, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
•
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
•
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
•
A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a clean work environment.
