Position Summary:

The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction throughout the customer's lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, skilled at managing multiple priorities, and highly collaborative across internal departments and external partners.
