Essential Duties and Responsibilities (when fully trained):

- Programs CNC Lathes and Mills per operational process sheets and requirements.

-Helps develop set-up sheets, operation sketches, machining sequence and tooling required.

-Reads, interprets, and understands operation process sheets, tooling instructions, blueprints, and basic manufacturing guidelines to apply to programming

-Works closely with production and engineering to implements improvements and modifications as required.

-Communicates effectively with supervision to resolve issues.

Education and/or Experience

-High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.

-CNC Lathe and mill operator experience required.

-Mastercam experience is preferred.

-AutoCAD experience is preferred.

-Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and possess strong communication skills.

-Blueprint reading and understanding of basic manufacturing procedures and GD&T are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
