CNC Machinist

Perfect Patterns, Inc., located in Appleton, WI, is looking for a CNC machinist with extensive knowledge in programming and proven history in efficiently machining mold cavities and 3D shapes. Job details include:

- The candidate will responsible for programming molds, dies, patterns, core boxes to be milled in 3, 4 and 5 axis vertical and horizontal mills with PowerMill or MasterCAM

- You must be able to communicate effectively with employees and customers of all colors, shapes and sizes!

- Employee is expected to work efficiently on their own without specific direction but are given freedom to proceed as they see best fit with the tools of the trade and equipment provided.

- This is not a beginner position and 5+ years of experience is required. Training is not available for this position, however we do have training positions available also.

- Experience in machining iron, tool steel, and aluminum is required.

- Experience using MasterCAM or PowerMill is very helpful.

- Experience with DMG, Makino, Okuma and Haas are all very helpful

- Vast knowledge of milling and turning tooling, reading of blue prints and GD&T is required.
