Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with various CNC machines, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to machine components according to blueprints and specifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD designs

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and make adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues

• Work closely with engineering and quality control teams to meet production goals

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience operating CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Familiarity with G-code, M-code, and CNC programming basics (preferred)

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
