Combustion Coatings Technical Leader

Job Description Summary

Provide technical leadership for automated thermal spray coating processes for the GE Vernova Greenville Gas Turbine Plant in the Combustion Cell. In this role, you will be the lead for Combustion Cell coating & furnace: safety, quality, delivery, and cost projects (SQDC), the development of standard procedures, and implementing advancements in technology to improve them. You will collaborate across multiple organizations to align resources and communicate progress, manage capital allocation on defined schedules, integrate Lean manufacturing principles into projects, and mentor other Manufacturing Engineers within the Cell.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $103,100.00 - 145,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
